Nord Lead 3 freezing

My Nord Lead 3 is starting to freezing after the short time of operations with him.
Read the forums at gearslutz that maybe failure starting of NL3 could be the unproper power suply, humidity or etc.
But mine is working for short or sometimes long time( 3,4,12hours) and in one moment just stop all operations, and I could do enything, it is all buttons blocked and have to restart the power to work again. everything is working fine.Mine studio have a lower temperature now at the winters but I need a short time to warm it. Please some help.

Can you please explain your situation is a little clearer? I understand your from another country, but please try to describe your problem a little better so that we can understand you.

Is your Nord Lead 3 not working properly because of cold temperatures? If yes, than I think you may have damaged some internal components. You will need to send it in to have it repaired.

J just said that the cold temperature maybe could be the reason why my NL3 is freezing after short or long time useing.
Also I check the internal component and they are all fine as well. I noticed that now when I move the NL3 in my room where the temperature is always about 22 degrees Celsius, I can work with him longer ( 2,5 or maybe 12h) with no problems at all. It seems to be they are sensitive on humidity and temperature change.

There are two main reasons the NL3 stops to be functional:
1. the power supply and
2. too much Midi data.

Here is useful post for power supply problem. I try this and for now I have no problem with my NL3

definitely after warrant, mine NL3 is 6 year old

I have the same problem with you. My NL3 freezing suddenly. After restart working but again freezing.
Do you Capacitor soldered to the 3v lead?
