Personally, I think the K&M Spider Pro is the best stand out there.

You can set it at the height you desire, not at where the bolt stops (like most stands).

It is also expandable, it has some great addons. You can add as many arms as you need and can fit.

Mine has 4 arms, my Nord Stage, on top my DSI Pro 2, on top an arm with a controller keyboard tray to sit a microkorg XL+, on top a lectern to put small gear (Kaossilator, volcas) or even sheet music and at the top I have the laptop rest with y mixer and/or audio interface.

Truly a great stand.

I agree with Gustavo as I have the Baby Spider Pro with an extra set of arms, as the Spider Pro is too high. I have jury-rigged hardware for a really solid boom setup as well using different pieces of available hardware along with the Triad Orbit boom, which I believe is the best available. The keyboards are very close together, and I can easily be seen behind it ( I am only 5'8"). Also the stand has a small footprint, plenty of room for a pedal board, and breaks down in one piece in about 40 seconds.

Any one have any comments on the K & M Spider Pro? I'm 6'4" and need lots of height.

Spider pro here.
I have 2 boards. A Forte and Stage 2 SW.
I'm 6' tall. It could easily go up another 4 or 5 inches.
It does bounce slightly but in a strangely controlled way.
I'm not diggin clams due to wobble.
It is way, way better than the apex I had.
I have plenty of room for my feet and my pedalboard now too.

I've even done an entire gig without remembering to tighten
down the arms. Oops!! It didn't budge.

Ya it's a little heavy. But easy and cool looking. In spite of the
Sopwith Camel biplane look. I dig it. Snoopy had it goin on.
