My band has been working on this song and I have some sounds I worked on for it...not perfect and there is a lot going on in it. Next time I have my NS3 near a computer, I will share what I've done. It was at least 3 different sounds (sawtooth synth, ethereal pad, orch hit, etc.). Would love to hear what others have done as well.

and yeah - it's a very old post...
But I've searched the forum for "orch hit" and found your thread - do you have the orch hit as a nsmp3/4-file...?
Otherwise I'll create my own by search the right sound at freesound.org and import it...
