Hi,

I wrote a small app for Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android the calculate the MIDI Program for the Nord device specific naming schema.

I just want to let you know that I've added support for the Nord Stage 4.

Nice App, would have been helpful when I was debugging this in my app!
Perhaps we can work together, in my app it is possible to directly type in the Nord Program number, but it is limited to only Nord Stage 3, Nord Stage 4 and Nord Wave 2.
The conversion is done in the app, from Nord Number to combination of Program Change and Bank Selects.

Hi Schroedenonline, this is impressive, thanks for sharing. I have a somewhat related question.

Would you be interested in creating a similar yet simpler IOS App that would act as a Display for the Nord Lead A1 (and any other Nord)?

For instance, it could detect program changes and toggles between program and performance changes, and list the selected program/perf on the iPhone App (from a given pre-determined list).
The list would need to be manually imported by the user, maybe scraped after exporting the html list from the Nord Sound Manager app.

I'd be more than happy to help you with this and of course beta test it on my Nord Lead A1. I'm python based and can script.

Thanks for the great App. I just upgraded to a NS4 and with the removal of the Song Mode feature, I am now adding all my program changes to OnSong and this app makes this much easier when working offline.

There is a problem in the IOS Midi mapper. Program G:32 Nord Stage 4 should give 0,3,17 but it gives 1,4,18. Other problems in the G:xx program section. But still thank for the tool. Its very helpful.

it depends which program you use. E.g. Ablton Live interprets the MIDI programs from 1 to 128 while maybe the MPC One interprets MIDI programs als values from 0 to 127. On the iOS and Android App you can switch this modes by clicking on "MIDI (0-127)"-button on the Program Calculator view. On the desktop app I have not implemented this yet.
