Hello! I am a bass player and recently bought my first synth NL4. Is there any basic program a]paid or unpaid to learn this unit from the beginning. I have a very basic knowledge about oscillators, filters and wave forms, but I think I need in-depth knowledge to craft a good sound out of it.
I was fascinated by synths for a long time and after checking Jupiter 50/80, and some Yamahas, I really liked the build quality and how Nord offer fundamental building blocks to craft the sound.
Thank you
Isuru

Re: NL4
https://learningsynths.ableton.com is a good start to understanding the concepts. All subtractive synths work the same in principle. The NL4 is at its core a subtractive synth with some extra fun stuff added on top. So, what you learn there is the foundation of the sound. You can apply it directly to the filters and oscillators on the NL4.
