Is it only me finding the new color scheme a little brownish ? I would prefer it more reddish (like the red of Nord latest wooden side panels), so maybe less red than it was before the update, but somewhere in between

PS: just a matter of taste of course, overall the for me the feedback about the update is positive and thanks to Johannes for the hard work on it, it adds a lot of useful features

Agree, it looks more brown than my NS2 color=#9f0018 but reporducing colours is a tricky business. It depends on the monitor settings, illumination and so on.

I am in the paint business, and this is more than a "little brownish"

I have used a color picker app and checked the forum banner and a picture of the Stage 4 in order to get the approx. RGB values:

If you are able to apply RGB colors in the forum software, you could try with the latter values to get a more realistic Nord Red

Chenged the header etc. to #8B1A24.

Still brownish to me though, or is it me or my laptop screen?

But had a hard time to find "one" color representing the NS4... as there seem to be many

Had a first go in changing all 93 CCS color codes. A bit light and would indeed like to adjust it to the bit more saturated/darker newer colors, but to have it consistent takes some time so bear with me.

Light mode looks wonderful — better than the old forum.

Dark mode is…ick. I’m fine with you just calling it a day and using light mode going forward, but if dark mode is to be a thing, it needs a little tweaking — eventually.

Yep, `Dark mode` needs more manual fine tuning. Right now looks like it just inverse almost everything

Yes, I tried that at first too, but it's more the bright red of the earlier Nord devices.
The newer Nords use a darker color. It would be interesting what tone they use, probably one from the Scandinavian NCS color system.
