Program Buttons
Ok, this is a really strange issue. On my Wave 2, the program selector 1-5 buttons behave strangely. In live program mode, they work as expected, loading the 5 programs assigned. However in the preset list, they jump to totally random banks and presets, or sometimes don't do anything. I would have thought maybe it was faulty buttons but they work 100% correctly in live mode. Until now I used the knob to select patches (or save 5 in live mode) but now I'm starting to use this board in situations where I need to access more sounds quickly and this is a big problem... Any ideas what could be causing this or what I could try?

Hey-
What do you mean by Preset list? I would like to try to reproduce your issue here.

Re: Program Buttons
I don't have a Nord Wave 2 to test this, though it sounds like something I encountered on my NS2. There's a toggle somewhere that changes the Program buttons into Numeric buttons, such as pressing 1 and then 4 will take you to program 14, 2 and 3 will go to 23 and so forth. There was also an ABC sorting feature that would reveal programs in alphabetical order, regardless of where they were stored. I believe the NW2 has these features and you may need to edit a system setting to make the buttons change behavior. I did a quick skim of the manual and page 15 had some helpful information. Good luck!

Thanks, Eric-
TSSS- You are in Number Pad mode. Press Shift +Num Pad to exit and you will now be able to see your five stored presets-

Re: Program Buttons
That sounds right, will try this in a bit. I was under the impression that different browse modes would revert on power down or when pressing shift, just like when using the category mode. But I guess this one persists through power cycling.
Edit: Just tested, works perfectly (shift+master clock.) That's a big relief. I normally read manuals very thoroughly but missed this option. Thanks very much!
