Sample sounds that can use an Expression pedal?

Post by Beemer2 »

I have a Grand 1 and I would like to know which sample sounds can use the expression pedal? Yes I could try each one but I would have preferred to see a list.

The Expression pedal is applied to the Sample Synth section (and or to FX1), not to the individual sound sample you load into it; if/when to enable it is your choice, in each Program.

I am aware of what you said but when using a synth program my expression pedal does not do anything with many programs? This why I am looking for a list that shows when the pedal will be active and controllable.

There is no such a list, you have to visually check yourself on each Program if, in any Synth Section layer A/B being active, the CtrlPed (LED) is on or off and you can decide to switch it on in case it is off and instead you want to enable it, then you probably will want to save the Program to keep that setting for next time you access that Program.

Any Program can have the Volume pedal active/inactive, on any section: it is your choice (even if the original programmer has set it to off, as his/her choice).
