Nord 4 drawbar led problem

Firstly apologies if this has been asked answered elsewhere as I am new to the Nord 4.

I recently purchased a Nord Stage 4 but on one of the led drawbars strips ( string 16 ) is not lighting up (no 4) . All the rest are fine. I am wondering if this a common problem and or how it can be fixed.

It is not a huge issue nonetheless it is very disappointing to have this just weeks after spending a lot of money on the keyboard.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi, if it is a single led it can just be a bad soldering or defective led, but it needs to be repaired by the authorized service; you are under warranty so don't touch your NS4 (or you will void it) and have it repaired by an official service centre (contact your point of purchase or official distributor for your country to know which one is the nearest and/or how to manage the repair under warranty).

Hello. I had the same problem. My NS4 HA 73, are being fixed at official distributor. In my case, I not only 1 Led, but 3-4 regarding drawbar control and 1 on the piano dynamic control. As soon as you, Im very disappointed. As soons as I receive my keyboard repaired, I inform you.

So I brought my first Nord instrument yesterday, a stage 4. I was super excited to get it home and get it set up. Sadly mine too had two dead leds on the organ drawbars. I was gutted. So I had to take it back to the shop. They didn't have any others in stock so have ordered a replacement that's hopefully coming next week.

I was really disappointed in Nord - they claim to hand make and test every unit - clearly this is not true Hope the replacement is faulty too, it would really put me off the brand.

You don't expect that when paying over four grand for a bit of kit.

I have same issue with two LEDs on drawbars and the sustain pedal indicator. Also the B3 indicator does not work sometimes. I have the keyboard 10 months now. It's really bugging me so I am ending back to Thomann
