Arpeggiator start on note

Hi.
I own a Nord Stage 4 and I'm trying to use arpeggiator live on a click.
On NS 3 when I touch keyboard , arpeggiator used to start (or "reset and start" ) on time ( first note EXACTLY when I touch keyboard) and perfectly sync on click.
Now with NS 4 either KB sync is on or off , and either is on master clock or on "normal" bpm , arpeggiator never starts correctly on time....or does it just some times randomly...(synth attack envelope is fast...that's not the problem...)
Any solution??

Are you playing a separate part on a split also? Like a pad sustained chord in the left hand. Because this seems to mess up arpegiator triggering. Nord have looked at it and told me it is normal behaviour.

I swhitched off everything , left only the arpeggiator , play only the arpeggiator and it's still doing it....on NS3 triggering was perfect , maybe is sadly a (not) normal behaviour for NS4....

"Is Mst Clk turned on in your case? If so, KB Sync is determined in the Mst Clk menu, and the per-layer KB Sync for the Arp has no effect (until Mst Clk is turned Off)."

go into master clock and change from Hard to Soft
