For one of my bands i play all the keyboard bass parts as well. Is there a library of sounds with the split already set up (1) Bass sounds for the left hand/part of the keyboard and (2) Piano OR Organ & Synth/Strings/Brass etc sounds for the right hand / part of the keyboard?

I don't believe so, but it would be worthwhile going through the NS4 programs. I found that some have instruments preset but not active, and some for the bass might be ready for a split.
