File Write Error (9)

I've updated my Nord Stage EX to v6.06.
Since them, I'm getting an error when downloading pianos, even with free available memory.
The error is this: "Download failed: CReqFileWrite failed: File Write Error (9)"
Sometimes I think it came with a (5) instead.
The error started to occurs few days after the upgrade.

Does someone know how to fix it?

The near service office is far from here, so I'm expecting to have a solution without take it to them.
They told me by phone that maybe a total memory cleanup could help, but they are not so sure of it.

I've tried to format everything using sound manager, but with no success.

Tried also to restory using the "Nord Stage EX Factory Restore v6.0 revA", but the same error message is displayed, and some pianos were not loaded.

Any ideas?
