Compatible samples or programs

Someone told me i can use samples etc from other nords?
I own a NS3.. can i also load samples from NS2 or electro5D?
Wich kind of formats can i load in the NS3 that compatible are?

You can load any .nsmp up to .nsmp3 (so excluding only the newest v4); Nord Sound manager will convert them for you when you load older version files into your NS3

I've made the request in another post here (about acoustic police-sounds) - is it possible to "downgrade" .nsmp4-files in .nsmp3-format (to be used in NS3)...?

Nope, the samples are not backwards compatible. You'll have to resample the nsmp4 using a NS4 to WAV files and then play with the NSE to recreate nsmp or nsmp3. Mono layer samples are small and usually do the job but for more complex sounds, can't compete !

or @timmmy000 you need to contact the .nsmp4 author (if it is a user-made one) and ask to recompile it as .nsmp3
