Regards,
Joel
Hi Joel, American Girl is a Hammond organ sound with some overdrive and drawbar settings to taste. In this post, I've shared a few of the drawbar settings I like to use. During the bridge, it's a compressed acoustic piano.

I've gone ahead and attached my NS3 program for the song if it's helpful. Pretty basic rock and roll kind of sound.

Regards,
Eric

Going slightly OT or maybe it's on topic as a few people mentioned pedals, LOL. I have always used two Yamaha FC7 pedals with my Nords over the years (NS2 and NS3). The left one is dedicated to organ swell and the right one is a control pedal I use for a lot of different purpose - controlling wah wah, filter sweep, bringing different layers in or out, delay speeds/wetness, etc. Plus I have the sustain pedal and a speed switch fast/slow for my Ventilator that is in my rack. It's a lot of fun! I have all my pedals permanently mounted on my rolling pedal board.
