I'm not sure.... we'll just have to wait.
With all my Rhodes, I used to leave the treble at 0 and boost the bass. With the Nord, I find it unsatisfactory unless I boost the mid way up. It sounds like a suitcase piano turned up very loud (a bit hard).
I imagine the 2 is slightly more flexible with a parametric mid, but really, new sounds are required.
However, I expect we'll have every variety of bashed up and new grand and upright piano, plus a whole host of russian synths, etc first.
I did find a lovely sound, but again without being epic solo material...
Layer 2 Rhodes together, the smooth mk1 with the treble and bass turned up and the mid cut slightly with a bit of a stereo pan and then put the suitcase under it with the bass and treble cut and the mid boosted. You'll agree, it sounds really nice. Obviously nothing like any one Rhodes, but very nice all the same.

Hey guys,
can someone confirm that the same anomaly is happening on the Electro 3 also? If it is, I suggest that we gather and make some petition to Nord crew for repairing this Epiano.

Maybe you spoke about this earlier but I didn't find any solution to this problem. The sound of this E piano from C5 to C6 (if C4 is the middle C) is quiet and thin, comparing to other notes on the keyboard.
Best regards,
Goran
That´s right and also a big problem for me (But not the only one with the Stage2). I made two samples - one with my Stage Classic MarkV CloseIdeal and one with the Stage2 MarkV Close Ideal. There is a big difference. The Sound of the Stage Classic Rhodes is warmer and better.
I´ve send it to Clavia and I´m waiting for and answer.
The German "MainDealer" said it has to be exactly the same sample and the same sound.....
Whats´s wrong?

They will bring out new samples in due course, however they will only work with the Stage 3 format.
