Hi, I saw an add at Guitar Center this evening for an attachable music stand for the C-1 and also for the Nord Stage. Will this work on the Stage EX 88 (2009 version)??
I read at the Nord website about a music stand working on some versions, but not necessarily all. Thanks, Brad

I'd say it will fit. But you'd better get inside and ask, they must know that.

Re: Nord Stage EX 88/ "new" attachable music stand
Yes, it will fit - I bought one yesterday and I've got the Stage EX 88 too. There are two plastic bits on the back of the Stage with holes in to hold the music stand. I think they've been there since the Stage Revision B, so it is only the original Rev A from several years ago now that doesn't have them.
The one I bought has to go back to the shop. The rubber at the bottom of the bit the music sits in was coming away, but more importantly they'd put the supports on backwards. The stand would have to be mounted with the music facing away from me. Considering how much these stands cost I was rather unimpressed.
Robert.

Thanks for the reply Robert. Please forgive the silence, have not checked in for a bit. I see what you mean, there are 2 plastic...mounts?.. approximately behind the extern and organ modules. Doesn't look very sturdy, but I'm eternally hopeful (in spite of myself) :) . Cheers, Brad
