Removing wood paneling

Post by torontogirl »

Has anyone ever temporarily removed the wood paneling from the sides of their Stage 2? I'm hesitant to do it, however I'm borrowing a flight case that is a single inch too small for this keyboard, and that seemed like a half decent solution. Thoughts?
Thanks

Using a flight case that is too small is begging for problems. Plus, removal of the end cheeks is not simply a matter of removing the screws from the sides. There are internal screws which would need to be accessed as well.

This is a very very bad idea...
