Clavia Nord Lead 1,2, and 2X VST/AU Editors & Patch Libr.
Hi,
If you own a NL 1, 2, 2x, 2X-R you might be interested in this VST/AU Editor & Patch Libraries to be released by Mystery Island Music.
The NL2XR VST/AU is ready for Pre-Order.
I Just saw this : Clavia Nord Lead 2 / Nord Rack 2 synthesizer owners are for real treat! We have been busy to create, perhaps the best editor for Nord-series: Clavia NL2xR AudioUnit and VST editor / librarian plugin for Mac & PC
Pre-Order Price is 39.95 Euros., Regular Price is 49.95 Euros.
According to their website it will be available on June 1st, 2016
https://www.mysteryislands-music.com/pr ... itor-plug/
I'm pre-ordering for sure. Especially, since my NL2X-R is located in a remote area of my studio. Having a VST editor for it would be very cool, and useful.
Cheers,
Muziksculp

How is the editor working for you? It's currently on sale now for a few days and I may jump at the chance. I still wish there was a random feature like with the Max version, but the fact that this works with the Lead 1 and 2 is good enough since the Max version is only 2x. Just curious if you bought it and use it much. Thanks!

I am not using it.
I came to the conclusion that using an editor was not for me. It takes all the fun, and speed of hands-on tweaking experience away, so I went back to using it without an editor. Which imho. is the best way to use a Nord Synth, and have lots of fun

Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.
Yeah, I kind of agree with you. I came back over here to check for a reply after pulling my hair out trying to get past the check out stage at Mystery Islands website. Something or someone is telling me not to buy this....laugh.
Had a little online shopping impulse fever, but I think this will help me to just move on and keep fiddling with the Nords by hand.
By the way, I finally picked up a Nord Wave and it should be here next week. Boy, I sure was on the fence for a while with that one but I think I finally have a need for it despite some of the limitations. They are extremely hard to find here in Japan and I'm excited to finally work with one. Knowing my luck, there will probably be an announcement for a Nord Wave 2 next month..
Thanks again.
Best regards, Jim

Re: Clavia Nord Lead 1,2, and 2X VST/AU Editors & Patch Libr
Actually went ahead and picked up the MI Editor with the sale going on this month. I finally was able to get the checkout to work. I kind of need this for the librarian side of things and to document some patch parameters. Actual programming I think is more fun hands on, so I'll probably continue with the traditional route, but it will be nice having the librarian with names and all. I might get into that.
Thanks again for the response.
