Nord Rack 2 (Pitch bend + mod wheel not working)

Hi, I recently bough a Nord Rack 2 (not 2x) and I can't get my head around why the mod wheel and pitch bend are not working. Im using a MIDI Keyboard (axiom 49) connected to my interfaces (MIDI in), and Nord to (MIDI out). It all works fine, apart from the Mod + Pitch shift wheel. Anyone else experienced this and found a fix? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you checked or tried to change the PB (range) in the NL2 rack System Menu and/or the MW assignment?

Yes I've checked these, Pitch shift is set to br7 but its not working. I did buy it second hand, maybe the previous owner fiddled around with it, can't imagine why but I can't think of any way around it, this is my first Nord synth.

I changed the Global MIDI Channel from 1 to 5 and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Thank you so much for this (now necro-) thread! Reading years later, I had a similar problem with a newly acquired Lead 2, and switching MIDI channels also solved the lack of midi controller data reception. Cheers.
