need help with uptown funk program

Can anyone help me?
I need to play this down a semi tone, and the transpose button doesn't transpose the samples correctly... I mainly just need the "doh's" in the intro to be correct. they sound weird if I transpose it.

Your best bet is to re sample them and save them as wave

yeah problem is I have no idea how to do that and don't really have any good programs to record with... i tried messaging the original creator of the program file but for some reason the messages are stuck in my outbox and haven't gone through

band i was filling in for, they tune down half a step for all songs, easier for the singers and theres a few songs on guitar that sound s*** or are tricky to play with a capo so yeh they tune their guitars down... super weird if you ask me

Here is how to create a sample:


Instead of recording with a microphone, install Audacity and record the sound you like directly to a wav file (16bit)
Then follow the video above.
