Say, what are you searching your amplification for? I don't know the QSC CP12, only the CP8 and K8.2 - but if it's for home use, I'd refrain from purchasing that model. In a small room, a big speaker will not necessarily help a lot - it'll need some space to develop its sound.
But there will probably be a reason why you want to buy that 12 channel mixer - so is your amplification for a band rehearsal room?
