Yes, it is
@Johannes: can this banner be set as a user forum option, so the banner is hidden for those who are not interested?
The funny thing (well, not so funny) is that makes the little space available in mobile devices even smaller.

Ciao,
yes was due to an update, fixed it. (never happens on mine though, so hard to reproduce
) But I agree: If people like it just use it, if not you shouln't be bothered.
Let me know if it doesn't work (but no more code line of tapatalk on the webpages so should be OK.
edit: Just replying simultaneously
Making it user option would be a mess to code so I'd rather not
Anyway, people who use it (including myself) don't need the banner anyhow since they have it already installed, so should be OK. To be honest, not sure where this App is going as it looks a bit too nagging/self-advertising to me. Still it's a great app but higher resolutions and bigger screens might make it indeed less relevant in the future.

Strange, no single line in the code. Maybe still was in the cache?? Now it should be gone (at least it is on mine).?!

Nope, still in the log in page and the unread one too. I cleared the cache and it still appears.
Actually it is in all pages.

and yet I've still never seen Tapatalk EVER on this forum (or anywhere else). Perhaps it's a cookie thing? Mr. G is being target-marketed and I'm not on that list?
just an item of curiousity for me...PLEASE don't waste time trying to figure out how to feed me more spammy advertising!

It appears only on mobile devices. It can be reproduced on a desktop if you set the browser identity to 'Android 1.0'. The Konqueror browser can do that in linux, not sure others.
