Neo always impresses me, anytime we ask for a special sound, in 2 seconds he has done it....if you are that good as well at picking up chords and notes for solo, we should build you a statue to venerate you like a good....
Thanks again....

Very good! I tried playing this in a TRIO back in the day but I could not manually cover all the parts so we had to abandon it, sadly. I had a YAMAHA DX21 and a KORG POLY 61 (but only 2 x hands!).

Nice demo patch!

I have to contribute patches from time to time to make up for all the wisecracks, photo gags and wrong information I post here! :D

:-) I found programming the DX7 a bit of a black art - sometimes you ended up going off in a completely different direction to what you intended just because you discovered a cool sound. At least you have 4 operators on a DX21 instead of 6, which means fewer algorithms to get your head round. I think the trick is to learn what the characteristics of each algorithm are, then the rest falls into place. I'm still trying to apply old DX know-how to the FM synth on my NS2, and i haven't got there yet

Nice one man. You clearly have a lot of programming experience. The DX's are fantastic! I am not sure how much NORD owners choose to learn about FM with regards to making the most out of this synthesis-engine on their keyboards? In fact, I have only skimmed the surface of this on my NORD STAGE CLASSIC, although I have spent time of recent on the genuine articles.

The FM oscillator is a nice touch, but it is quite simple when compared to the DX7 architecture.
