In the NS2 the vintage settings are, to my ears, really-really subtle, to the point that I do not think they are easily noticeable. Try with headphones just in case.

You can hear easily the difference with the Rotary being active.
Edit: Error from me. I talked about the close mic position.

I tried one more time with the headphones. Clean and vintage 1, and absolutely no difference of crosstalk and leakage.
I send a message to clavia. It will be fixed in the next os.

I had another really worrying/annoying issue on tonights gig. I don't know if I can even explain what happened, as it was all a blur in the actual performance. Basically, I left the Live mode, to go to a synth solo patch, and bizarrely, the synth section just wasn't lit up or on, despite the program being saved as a synth sound only! I then quickly scrolled to another program, and something was up with that too, where what was playing isn't what was displayed... so I thought, screw this, get me back to 'Live 1' with my piano which will be safe, and crazily, all the LIVE programs, had completely different things in them! I was presented by some synth brass sample where the piano once was. So I quickly jumped out of there, back to trying to find a program that was safe to do my solo in.
After this nightmare of a song, I went back into the 'LIVE' mode setting, and my programs were as they should be!
What the hell!? What are we supposed to do with this?!

I've been "copying" my sounds from NS2 to NS3 and found the reverb going *before* the leslie quite annoying...
It makes the sound "phaserly"-like which is, IMHO, illogical in terms that reverb should be the last in the audio line.
If Clavia would be willing to make the reverb-routing configurable to be either before or after the leslie that would make a ton of difference to those who'd like the reverb to be just that and not an effect that's manipulated again.
I'm not clear why they decided to change that after 4 generations of the NS and who would request that.
Any thoughts ?
Should I put in the request myself ?
+1

The ns3 has the c2d organ inside.
But i can see just 2 leslie models. Normal and close mic. Where is the 145 model ?
What do yu think about that ?

In a real Leslie, nothing could come after it, so it makes sense that it be the last effect in the chain.

The reverb after the Leslie is better for me, don't like the reverb to spin...

Unless I misread the info about the different updates, it's done...
