List of Nord Stage 2 known issues/bugs

A rather negligible bug, but has anybody noticed that the SynthBass 11 sample (No. 112 in the sample bank) has a default category of 'User', whereas every other SynthBass sample has a default category of 'Bass'? Just stuck out to me as I was scrolling through samples, seemed a little odd considering it is a Nord Sample and not a user created sample.

oK, but that's not a "Nord Stage 2 bug", it is rather a "bug" of that .nsmp (the Category info is in the file)

Is it possible to change this category info?

It is possible if you have the original NordSampleEditor Project file (which includes the .wav samples and all settings) to change it in the Project and then generate the new (corrected) .nsmp; in other words: only the original author of that .nsmp can do it.

I bought a used Stage 2. I'm having spontaneous glitch noises. I use it at a church, and it will randomly make load glitchy noises. I have downloaded latest updates, tried reloading directly from DVD, and screamed at it a lot.
Please HELP!

I started this thread 6 years ago, I wonder if all the problems here have been fixed.
Maybe the NS3 will have a better start.

Just saw this gem of a comment... No, the NS3 has not had a better start but that is all part of the process of developing high end keyboards for the masses by a boutique company.
