In reality it's probably a single part, but the best way to confirm this is to spy on the MIDI, since the unit will fire those with controller changes. I used https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/ and it didn't take very long for me to capture the error occurring.
If you're within warranty, I'd contact the seller. If you're not, I'd contact Nord support. They might send you to an authorized repair shop, and if they can see what you experience, they can probably repair it. My repair shop could not, but only because they couldn't reproduce it, and that was before we thought of the MIDI spying approach.
