Re: Wish List for Nord Keyboards
It would be extra useful to have a handle on the bottom of the soft case, between the wheels. When a 2nd person wants to help carrying it over stairs, they have no place to hold it.

Re: Wish List for Nord Keyboards
Two suggestions that probably could be implemented without a major problem. 1) Allowing a program to reference "NONE" as a Piano when a piano is not used in any of the layers 2) Allowing one to review the links and required samples and pianos in a bundle, and possibly even 'bulk' re-linking them as part of the download process.

Hello and welcome to the forum,
you will unfortunately not be able to copy anything from your Electro to the Piano 5 except of samples.

Re: Wish List for Nord Keyboards
The two instruments have different abilities/sound engines, so you will need to recreate the desired sounds with the different possibilities. The Piano 5 uses another version of samples, too - but all user created samples can be converted, and most of Nord's samples exist in both versions.
Everything that was using the organ engine on the Electro will need to be replaced by an organ sample - you may create that organ sample from the Electro by yourself - using the Nord Sample Editor.

Re: Wish List for Nord Keyboards
I'm still pretty new to the Nord S3 world. I would like more RAM so can load more samples or more of the large samples. Would like more EP's samples like Vintage Vibe better Wurlitzer. Something I like from all the KB makers is some sort of hard cover to put on the top of the instrument to protect the knobs and etc in transportation. Move the on/off switch out toward the end of the keyboard, I have the Nord music stand (I really dig it) but awkward to get to the power switch when the music stand is on the keyboard. Balanced outputs with XLR connectors. Pedal noise to work on just a single pedal requiring the triple pedal stinks. Level control for the Aux Input. Move the headphone jack to the keyboard side, that is something I miss about my Kronos. Add a metronome/click some of us use our Nords for practice and having a metronome builtin is really handy, that is something I miss from my RD-2000. Change the Leslie switch from a button to a mini three way toggle switch. Oh have the USB output audio and MIDI will made recording at home less cables.
Oh forgot one that is a biggie for me. A way to reset the Nord to all the default settings without having to do a reload of the whole KB, both my Kronos and RD2000 in there System menus had a switch to reset the all the settings to default. This is real handy when learning and experimenting or when using a Nord supplied in a Backline to get it to defaults.
Thanks for listening.

Cutoff Frequency and Resonance Filter
I would like to have another Effect Section on my NORD ELECTRO which offers to manipulate CUTOFF and RESONANCE with the ability to move the CUTOFF in realtime with a knob.

Re: Cutoff Frequency and Resonance Filter
Would be difficult (at least) to build another effects section into your Nord ElectroMidimaster wrote:I would like to have another Effect Section on my NORD ELECTRO which offers to manipulate CUTOFF and RESONANCE with the ability to move the CUTOFF in realtime with a knob.
