You missed out "88 key hammer action polyphonic aftertouch enabled keybed"

A price point of $5400 would put them 28% and 35% over Roland and Yamaha's top models, respectively.
A price of around $5000 / 5000 Euros would not justify changing from my Stage 3(s) to the Stage 4.
Not only it wouldn't justify the upgrade, but € 5,000 would be a fairly crazy price in itself. The equivalence between euros and dollars, which holds true for other items (for which there seems to exist the equivalence of, say, something that costs 1,000 euros in the EU market also costs 1,000 dollars in the US), hasn't hold true for Nords in the past, thank goodness too. US prices were much higher. When the Stage 3 88 was around 3,500 euros (pre-covid, when I got it), the US price was well over 4,000...
So I am definitely hoping that they don't price it 5,000 euros...
Unless they read on this forum someone saying it's a reasonable price!!!

Well, they have been reading in this forum people pushing (and even calling Sweden !!! WTF) for a new model rather than pushing for a firmware update.... so for those, better not complain about prices... not complain about programmed obsolescence ... etc. now they have the new model, with the new price... bravo guys

For drawbars it's a different matter, since the haptics have the priority there and should come first no matter what. I see the addition of LEDs there as a nice thing to have, but this is a case where you need the physicality of sliders.
True motorized drawbars could help a lot, but will increase the price even further
Motorized drawbars would be nice "in theory", but I guess that (apart from the price problem), they would have greater resistance when moved quickly, being less comfortable to use. Also durability over the years is another point of concern.
But who knows, maybe the NS4 will have physical and LEDs AND motorized drawbars!
I’d be concerned about the weight motorized drawbars would add to the instrument. I’m hoping that just adding the mechanical drawbars does not significantly add.
I’m very curious to see what key action they use for the 76.

To be honest, Stage prices have always been VERY stable, until the latest inflation-induced increases.
As far as I can remember, for the last 12 years the 88 was about 3400-3500€, the 76 3200-3300€, and the 73 2900-3000€.
Recently they raised all prices by 500€, let's hope it doesn't go higher than that. Although in the current economy, it's impossible to make reliable predictions.
About the action, I doubt they'll use the Kawai action. Not only it was probably licensed for just one model, but it wouldn't fit in the Stage chassis as we know it, it would be much bigger and heavier.
But in the last couple of years FATAR has released updated versions of both the TP/40 (HA action) and TP/110 (HP action), which are supposed to have a much better playing feel with aproximately the same size and weight... finger cross!

A price of around $5000 / 5000 Euros would not justify changing from my Stage 3(s) to the Stage 4. I am not missing much from the Stage 3 except of a better Hammond/Leslie engine. Something which really compares to the HX3 from Carsten Meyer (https://shop.keyboardpartner.de/en/) would be a major step forward, but it would still be too expensive to change gear just because of this (I hope my opinion stays like this and the ugly devil called GAS will not win )
Same here, I’m hoping they improved the Hammond engine (and possibly included other models, such as the A100, as an option in the settings) since I’d literally buy an Electro 7 just for that: every time I play Crumar’s own emulation (and as you pointed out, the HX3 might be even better), going back to the Electro feels like a definite downgrade.
Well, having just bought a NS3 88 a couple months ago at the new, reduced price ($4199), I'd be very happy if the Stage 4 was $5k and had a better organs. Neither of those would make me regret my purchase! I wonder how long before the Stage 3 sells out. In the past, has there been a quick removal of previous models from the market? Or do they linger at the reduced price for a while?

They might want to maintain the NS3 in the market and NS4 as flagship, too.
