Dancing on the ceiling Arpegiator riff
Hi, I am depping with a function band in a fortnight time and I was wandering if anyone could help me with Lionel Richtea's Dancing on the Ceiling? I'm fine with everything apart from the arpegiator synth riff in the intro, has anyone attempted this?
Many thanks

Re: Dancing on the ceiling Arpegiator riff
Well - One way to do it is to find an appropriate midi file - like here: https://freemidi.org/download-15507-dan ... nel-richie
Import that file in Logic (or similar) - Isolate the ARP - fix it if it is wrong - I hear this is a little wrong. Then play it in the key you want to use on stage with the instrument in Logic that sounds most realistic.
Then record from Logic your intro to a wav file - then use Nord Sample manager to make a sample of the intro and asign that sample to a key. Split your keybed and play

Re: Dancing on the ceiling Arpegiator riff
NoDirection already gave you good advice. Note that you don't need Logic to do what he or she said; any full-featured DAW (Sonar, Reaper, etc.) can do this.
It will take a little work, though. I doubt you'll find any quick fix where someone has exactly what you need offhand.

Do you need the sheet music of that specific intro part?
edit: if so, here ya go!
PDF - Score Mp3 Intro demo (of midi file) Arpeggiator WAV file (Full song) - You can cut it up if you would like to

Re: Dancing on the ceiling Arpegiator riff
Im no good at using DAWs or the Nord Sample Editor. Has anyone managed to make this into a NS2P file? If so, please could you share it? Thank you
