Hi Guys,
I was just browsing on the forum and noticed again that Berretje was talking how very much he likes "Disco Strings" from Keyboard waves website...So, I'm currently thinking to raid on the best sounds available for my Stage 2, so, the subject is clear enough I think:
If you would have to pick 3 to 5 best sound banks you ever bought online, what would they be?
Thanks for letting us know.
Sincerely

Bought? Most of the programs and sample are free for Nord owners. I did pay for a program once since a forum user had a website and offered a program for a song my band wanted to do. It cost me under $3, so I went for it. The sound was primo, and as always, the Nord makes the band!
I don't know, sometimes I don't get responses to my posts, so it's a weird forum. I'm sure I'm a foe to a few, but at least I'm Not afraid to ask.

Never bought any Nord program/samples.
But I bought softwares (synth) or hardware that ended up sampled and imported in my NS (though it was not the reason why I purchased those hard/softwares). But I guess that doesn't count here.
I try to use the sounds in the NS wherever possible (pianos, organ, basic synth...) but sometimes, it's easier (or gives better results) to creates some more specific sounds somewhere else and import the final result into the NS.
Sometimes some other people give you that for free -> Sample section of this forum

Hi,
Thanks for the answer, I just bought the Disco Steings mentioned above and they sound very good. I know that there is a lot to find n this forum but sometimes, the price is cheap...If a guy who spent a lot in sampling/Looping etc, I have no issue to help a bit in buying...Maybe because I come from the DX7 area when FM was so tough at that time that we, as musicians, were ending up buying patches for our beloved DX7/9/TX802...
And I have already brought two nice libraries for my D50, one for my Proohet 08 and one for my Prophet 12, so, I was asking to see if there is "A MUST" to get for the Stage....
Thanks

I bought the D50 samples for my past Kronos 2 88 and also for my Nord Stage 2.
Usually I try to find sample here and on the Nord site.
