I believe that for any property/patent infringment the JD800 is not the problem, being JD 800 an old project and related patents should be expired today, but spectrasonic, who has sampled a JD800, now could claim property of the preset listed in the keyscape bundle. Suggestable to declare a JD800 sound sample...it is not obbligatory to declare the origin of the sound.
