I found several nice sounds a few years ago just searching on the forum. Let me know if you don't find anything. I think there were at least 2-3 user offered samples and maybe some programs built around them. I think I have a NS3 Program where I blended a couple, based on searching the offerings on the forum.

Steel Drums are attached. They aren't perfect but do the job.
