Hello, it is still on warranty but I would like to understand what is going on why this happens? Can you check please maybe it is a software problem?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Thanks for the clear video showing the problem. It appears you use a Nord Piano 5. Please confirm this. You may also want to configure your profile's "Nord Gear" settings to show what gear you use.
The Piano 5 uses triple sensor keybed to support rapid key repetition. .
Usually when only one or two keys misbehave, the cause is a mechanical issue with the key switch contact (either debris preventing closure, or sticky material causing slow opening).
Many users here recommend employing a keyboard cover to prevent liquids or solid debris from entering the keyboard/keybed.
Less commonly, issues with the return springs, felt, or other parts of the keybed mechanism might cause this. The problem seems to be worse near middle C, where the keys receive the most use and wear. --As your keyboard remains under warranty, it seems best to send it for service.

I am sorry to hear the warranty work provided no benefit.
At least I can help with this:
2. I do not understand this thing about "Gear Profile"
If you choose to do this, go to User Control Panel (UCP), navigate to the Profile tab, Select Nord Gear from the pull down menu.
I hope you get truthful answers from the repair shop!

I do not have a NP5 to try, but I wonder if that is a problem with the height at which you expect the retriggering to take place.
Perhaps the retriggering is too low for the sensor to be able to send a note on message and misses it.
After all, it is not a mechanical system like a real piano, but one with switches and there must be a limit to what can be realistically achieved.
Sorry I do not have a suggestion other than trying to adapt your playing to what is physically possible with the NP5.

I understand your point of view but as you could see at my video the problems is only about a few keys. And I am not exaggerating with repetitions. So could somoene please send me a video how repetitions should look like on the Nord 5 on your instrument? Thank you
