Nord Piano key repair

Hi!
After lending my Nord Piano for a couple of months, I received it back with a broken key... broken in a way that does not come up again. I opened the housing today and found out that that little pink clip is broken (see pictures). What is the best way to fix this?

Should I try to glue the piece back on? It seems quite fragile and I doubt that this will hold for long. Is there a replacement piece? And if yes, how would I get this in? Do I have to remove all of them and "slide" them on that pole?

Thanks for any hints!

Best,
Johannes

Hi, and what a bummer!

You could ask here, they have some spare parts for Clavia/Nord: https://www.synth-parts.com/

I doubt that spare parts suppliers can provide that specific single plastic part rather than the full keybed (and I see no Nord Stage parts on that site, in general), in any case I would first ask to the official Nord distributor for Germany (contacts available at https://www.nordkeyboards.com/distributors) as recommended by https://www.nordkeyboards.com/support

In need of spare parts or maintenance?
Warranty and maintenance is handled by our distributors, and in some cases by special service centers. Please consult your point of purchase for detailed information.

I actually wrote to the online store where I bought the keyboard, but they said, that they are not an authorised repair service. So, I contacted Nord directly now.

Thanks!

For anyone who comes here with the same problem: I was able to repair this myself.

Sound Service provided me with a replacement piece, but I wasn't sure how I would actually get the broken piece out and put the new one in place. Sound Service confirmed that I would have to take out all the clips up to the broken one, and gave me the following useful tip how to do so:

I first hammered the pole out a bit, and then tightened my drill's chuck around the pole. Then, while turning the drill, I was able to pull out the pole. Before that, I removed all the keys from the clips (and used the opportunity to clean them a bit).

Piano works again!
