Nord stage 4 - Velocity Issue - Eb3 - Gb3

Hello everybody,

i have found a velocity issue on key Eb3 & Gb3.
At low velocity the release reacts correct. At high velocity there is a longer release on the notes.

Is somebody able to reproduce this, or is it a hardware issue?

Can you compare to other black keys, please?

There is no Problem with the other Keys (black or White). Working as expected.

I wonder if there is a tiny difference in the behaviour of the silicon bubble switches? Like not returning exactly at the same rate of the rest. Have you tried to clean those?

This was also my thoughts. I didnt Open the NS4 cause of warranty.

Update:

the rubber bubble behaviour was actually the root cause.
There was no dust or something in between. Just material behaviour.

I found this out by switching them. After switching - the problem was one ocatve higher
I´ve ordered new ones now at syntaur.com and going to replace the old ones.
