Interface: vention hub with minijack line out.
Ipad mini 6.

How good is the audio interface, could you use it to connect to a mixer and play live?

I use Connect to monitor in on my electro. The sound is absolutely amazing and clean. The synth sounds I use, works very well. Vention has good DAC audio chips on his adaptors.

great, Loopy Pro is really amazing too ! I'm using it too for some drums and FX effect.

Yes Loopy Pro is one of the best app for routing midi, Fx and more.
