I´m having great succes using the arp and pattern with keyboard hold to give me a two track simple sampled Drummaschine. I have Kick on track A and SN and HH on track B running 16 step seq. After making the beat I select synth track C only and that makes it possible to play the keyboard with synth track C /Piano and Organ section without messing up the arp going on on synth track A and B.
But sometimes I really want to use synth track C also for drums with the keyboard hold and arp function. However then track C will start to mess up since it is selected while playing the piano etc.
Is there a way to deselect synth track C (or any other synth track) so that it's audible but not reacting to keyboard input..
So far the only way I have been able to achieve this is by selecting synth C while running the hold/arp function on A and B
Kind regards
Morten

Re: Stage 4 / Synth Section / Arp - KB hold
Hi Morten,
How about this:
1. Turn on the synth section, turn off the piano and organ section.
2. Start the drums going on synth layers A, B and C, all with KB HOLD on and ARP on.
3. Press LAYER SCENE II. Turn on the piano and organ section, and turn off the synth section. You should find that the drums are still held even though the synth section is off, and what's more you can still use the synth volume sliders to adjust the volume. You can then play the piano/organ without affecting the drums.
4. To turn off the drums, press LAYER SCENE II again to go back to the first layer scene.
Regards
Ed
