NSM v9.00 "Download Failed"

Dear Nord Stage Forum,

Nord Sound Manager v9.00 will not download/transfer a new sound (BlueSwede Upright).

There's definitely enough space, 92.1MB free, BlueSwede is 68MB.

I managed to use NSM v9.00 to update my NS4 with the latest OS.
I also managed to use NSM v9.00 to delete Bambino Upright to make enough memory available.
I've triple checked my internet connection and I've tried doing it on another Mac, the same "download failed" issue occurred.

I've deleted and reinstalled the NSM application, didn't help... although I did notice that the red load bar at the bottom behaved differently. When I first tried it would jump to 50% and sit for hours with no change until I cancelled it. After the reinstall, the bar just moved slightly but then seemed to not work for hours.

I have sent a ticket to technical support but thought I'd also ask here to see if anyone has had similar issues or has any other ideas.

Did you download the piano sample once again to retry? I would. And might try with another USB cable.

I tried many times to download, before reinstalling and after, and every time it says “download failed” unfortunately.

I’m using the cable which came with the NS4 and it worked for updating the OS, deleting sounds, and seeing the NS4 in general, so it wouldn’t be the cable, would it?

I haven't tried with NSM 9 yet, so I can't tell.

Does any other piano work?

It seems nothing will download to cache or transfer, besides the OS update which worked.

EDIT 1: Actually others are working now, only the BlueSwede isn’t!
EDIT 2: Solution - I downloaded the BlueSwede from the website then dragged and dropped it into an empty bank on the program tab and it seems to have worked!

Maybe, there is a bigger problem behind:
