You will have fun with your new instruments and you will get lots of information and help in this wonderful forum here.

I am using the ATH-M50X for many years as my standard headphones for listening to anything that's happening on my computer (YT, tutorials) and of course my keyboards. They are closed, so more silent for you and also the other people in the room, and they sound great (not analytical, but rather musical and "good"). A good alternative and recommendation in the same price range are the Beyerdynamic DT-770.

Choosing the "right" speakers is even more a very subjective matter and also depends strongly on the room situation. I had the HS7 in the past and wasn't super happy with them, but many other users are quite satisfied.

Jokes aside, agree with what cphollis is saying about the 73 keys versus 88 keys, I’m a pianist as well but use the Stage 3 Compact on stage and not missing the additional keys at all.

As for the headphones the ATH-M50X are great, so are the Beyerdynamics - try them out if you can or otherwise buy just one of them, you can’t go wrong

I advise people to start with a decent (not expensive!) pair of headphones to establish a "reference standard" in your head before you start evaluating monitors and similar. Everything will be a compromise in comparison, but at least you'll know how much you're compromising. Monitor positioning is essential to getting a great sound -- you basically want them pointing at your face.

For small spaces, I read that iLouds are popular among others. If budget isn't an issue, the Nord monitors are super nice. If you're in a larger space, 8" self-powered PA units (same as you'd perform with) are popular.
