Live Performance
Live Performance
Hello, I am looking for some help. I want to use a Nord Stage 4 and another workstation to create my live performance with some VST plugins. Here's how I envision it: With a PC program (Windows) I want to configure all my equipment per midi per song in a setlist. I want to be able to configure everything per song at the touch of a button. Which PC program can do this and is recommended?

Re: Live Performance
Camelot Pro, Gig Performer or Cantabile Pro (I'd recommend the first or second); you can download the free version of Camelot Pro to try/test it.
Re: Live Performance
As I am a beginner in this area, I am looking for a simple and uncomplicated solution.
The main feature is the configuration of all necessary settings for NS4 and another workstation at the touch of a button per song (setlist).

Re: Live Performance
There's quite a number of German speaking users on musiker-board.de who may help. But I don't think there's an easier solution: Hosting VSTis and managing a setlist is already more than a one-trick-pony would offer.
And even if the aforementioned solutions are quite mighty, they seem to be the easier ones. Steinberg VST Live would be the more complicated one. Mainstage isn't available for PC. Ableton Live isn't easier. Etc.
If you leave playing VSTis away, the easiest way would probably be using a tablet for setlist management. There are plenty of apps for that. Nevertheless you need to program everything via MIDI - by hand.

Re: Live Performance
Can I use the Nord Stage 4 and another workstation with Ableton Live (without VST plugins) so that I can create setlists with Ableton and configure my hardware instruments to match the song? That is, automatically call up the appropriate presets with sounds?
