Nord Stage 2 - Program changes is lagging

Hi there,
wondering if anyone else has ever experienced a lag when switching programs - usually the value dial is very quick to switch between programs, but now I have to turn it a few times before it will switch to the next program. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I am adept at opening my Nord.

Looks like your encoder has become defective and is skipping (losing) steps; well know problem (happens with usage and wear) as well as how to fix it -> encoder replacement needed

Try air spray first, can't hurt and could do good.
If this is still happening, then you'll need to replace the encoder.
