My Stage 2 is only 2 days old .. while playing it startet to sound weird (high "beeps" etc). I powered it off and on again: "Invalid OS".
I tried to reinstall the latest OS ... it hangs and says "erase error".
I also tried to power on while holding shift+store (update ready mode), same issue.
If I power it on normally, it says "invalid CAB hdr". Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Does indeed sound like something you can't fix yourself

Tried to install following the step 7:

7 Power up the Nord unit while simultaneously holding down the Shift + Store buttons on the panel. This will start the unit in a Update mode
which makes it a bit easier for the Update Utility to access the OS partition in the Nord unit.
