Hi to everyone-
I have been busy learning to program my new Access Virus, so I haven't been on the forum much lately. I did do some extensive synth programming recently for an 80s band, so I thought I would share some of the patches with you. The first is for Major Tom (what a fun song to play for a keyboardist!)
The first patch loads with slot A enabled. This works for the opening synth riff. It also can be used for the D-G stab during the verses. Slot B is the synth pad during the chorus.
The second patch is the take-off effect. I would program it next door to the first one, as it has to be a quick switch. Hit A-E in the second octave, hold it down and then the same two notes three octaves above. It will last exactly as long as the second part of the chorus and will end right before the synth riff comes in again.
Enjoy!
