Congrats on the purchase, you'll love it.
Here's a useful link to drawbar settings:

For Black Magic Woman try this drawbar setting: 008600000 (upper manual) with 3rd percussion.

All you need for Black Magic Woman is a Hammond and a Rhodes piano (the Rhodes only really for the eight bars before the first verse).
I have a Hammond at something like 888800004 or so, some overdrive, no percussion, and the C3 chorus.
Rhodes, I have a pretty bog-standard Rhodes and a lot of distortion on it.

Evil Ways starts off with some 800000000 or 850000000 — I never work with fixed drawbar settings; they're always variable depending upon the mood of the show, the organ, the sound, and how I'm feeling.
Plenty of distortion.
For the hits, I'll pull the upper three drawbars to go so, say 850000888. I'll use that to launch into the solo, as well, though I'll usually ease off on the upper drawbars for the solo and pull out the bottom five instead.
