Nord C1 - upper keyboard not entirely working.

Hey Guys,
I use a Nord C1 on stage and this past weekend I played two gigs where my Nord didn't work entirely. On the upper keyboard the G note on the fourth octave up from the bottom didn't work and the D# note on the same octave didn't work either. On Friday night I set up at about 9pm and we didn't start playing until 11pm. I left the organ on the whole time. When I went to use the organ the two aforementioned keys didn't work. The next day I tried the organ at my house and everything worked fine. I even left it on for three hours to check. When I went to a gig that night (at a different place) the organ again wasn't working properly - the same keys were out. What could cause this and how do I fix it? Thanks. RH

Someone named Pablo from Nord got in touch with me and gave me the name of a reputable technician in my town who can help me....Thanks Pablo! RH

It's probable crumbs from cookies got in there. Happens sometimes. Chocolate chips are the worst.

For the record, RH, I'm not "from Nord," but from American Music & Sound, the US distributor -- and also Jam Industries, the Canadian distributor.

Bless,

Pablo
