Hi,
Do you use the farthest position on the left or do you put the half moon a little bit closer to the middle of the keyboard?
Cannot decide which one I like the best....
Let me know
Which position on the c2/c2d do you use for the half moon?

I use floor pedals for the speed control on both of my organs, (Crumar Mojo & Hammond SK1) but if I were to use a half moon switch, it would be mounted well over towards the left side.

Re: Which position on the c2/c2d do you use for the half moo
I play almost 100% left hand bass on my C2D. My hand is centered most of the time around the top end of the first octave. I like the switch right about underneath that position. I can hold a note and move the lever with the palm of my hand. Sometimes at the end of a song, depending on which note I'm holding for bass, (either pinkie or thumb) I can use the other (thumb or pinkie) to move the les switch. Also depends on how 'much' leslie speed control you want. I.E., some players will turn on the tremelo and leave it there for an extended length of the piece they're playing. Frankly, that drives me nutz. So, I need control that allows me to change between chorale, stop, and tremelo many times in a piece. Bottom line, if you don't need control "often", move it out of the way; If you need control more 'often' , put it where you can get to it easily (sometimes without taking your hands off the keys.
