3 synth in the same program ?

No. As you might have been expecting. As long as we are talking about the Nord Stage 3.

What exactly do you need? Sometimes an organ sound comes close to a synth. Sometimes song mode with two programs is an option. Etc.

On some tracks, I use pads in my left hand. And I have a synth sound on the intro and another on the chorus.
Is this possible with song mode? I'm just starting to program my tracks in my new toy, but I don't know its limits yet!

With the NS3, there are several ways to quickly toggle between programs if you need more than Panel A and Panel B.

As always, everyone here will suggest that you start working through the excellent manual and try each of the examples. It's the best way to learn its capabilities.

If you want/need 3 synths on the NS3, you could always enable the EXT section and control an external unit via MIDI. You'll probably need to dive into the manual regarding this operation.
Or as FZiegler mentioned, try using the organ as a synth substitute.
