NS3 Monitor/copy panel button not working

I recently got my first Nord keyboard (Nord Stage 3), second hand. When I'm holding the monitor button to see at which value a setting is, it still changes it. Also when holding shift+paste it does nothing, the button does seem to do anything.
I have not done a factory reset since I got it (there are quite a lot of nice sounds on it). Is there some setting that changes the function of this button? Or is it just broken? Also if it is broken is it something that can fixed easily (even taking the keyboard apart if necessary) or is this not recommended and should I take it to someone who can fix it?

Hello and welcome to NUF.

There is no setting that disables that button, so it is possible it is defective. There is a thread here on NUF on how to try to fix a defective button, if I find it I will put the link here (EDIT viewtopic.php?t=22769), but it could also be a solder problem anyway in general if you don't feel confident to try a DYI repair, better take it to assistance.

PS: do you perform a Copy before attempting a Paste?

There is a small chance that the button is problematic because it was unused for a long time. What happens after you pressed 20-30 times?

I fixed it... All I had to do was take out the button and just click the copper button a couple of times and put the button back in...
