Stage 4 not recognizing pedals anymore

Edit: Culprit has been found. It was the triple pedal. I had it plugged in as well as the single pedal. Despite not being detected it blocked the sustain pedal jack from activating. Unplugged the TP and the sustain worked just fine. Gonna open up the TP tomorrow and see what's going on

Hey everyone,

Fired up the keyboard today and it's no longer recognizing my foot pedals. My Nord triple pedal 2 and the regular Nord pedal. I'm currently backing up my sounds and am planning on refreshing the OS if necessary. Anything else I can try? Tried booting it a couple of times and in pedal settings it just says they aren't connected

It recognized the single pedal is plugged in but pushing it does nothing. Triple pedal still says not detected

Updated to latest OS. Nothing there. I have a multimeter but am not super familiar with circuit boards. I'm thinking I'd want to test the continuity and soldering on both pedals first. If I open the keyboard up what would I be looking for?

I think that could be normal, if NTP2 takes over the Sustain function when plugged in (to avoid conflicts), maybe Sustain input could still work if set to Sus+Rotary (as Rotary only, of course)

Stage 4 user - a different question.

Just updated v1.44 version of operating system... and despite trying everything I can no longer perform a back up.

Anyone having the same issues? A fix anywhere?
