Nord Stage 4 MIDI / MSB LSB PC Mapper

Hello,
as I am playing in various cover bands I have a lot of (new) songs to adminster. I am using Bandhelper and control my NS4 through the app with MIDI presets that switch between the NS4 patches when I select the "next song" in the playlist.
For that, you need to enter the MSB / LSB / Program Change values which differ from the names of the programs in the NS (NS4 uses an octal number System: (A-H) + (1-8) + (1-8) ). There is a .txt-conversion table somewhere here in the forum which is helpful but I need something faster and more user friendly. So I programmed a quick converter which I put here for everyone to use whoever pleases:

It only uses jQuery for event handling, nothing else. You can either click on the buttons to immediately get the MIDI values, or you can quickly type it on the keyboard which is even faster.

Feel free to use, link, bookmark or even download and then modify the source code for your own purposes.
